Ball separation for Elastrator games with single testicles

My beta balls are tied separately; so each testicle is separately at the mercy of the Elastrator. Why tie the whole scrotum at once with the Elastrator rubber, if you can torture the testicles even longer and more individually by tying it one after the other? I would love to watch him or her work on my testicles in front of my eyes, white I’m tied to a chair...
