Have you ever wondered from where all these harem slaves and concubines came from? The first and most important source were the slave markets. Organized in every bigger city, flesh peddlers exhibited and sold their goods. The women were usually presented naked on a stage, presented by their owners. The buyers were mostly the harem matrons, who had a good eye for choosing suitable pieces, knowing their master some time distinguished tastes. And you can find so many varieties. Women of all ages, all different skin colors and all different bodily shapes and sizes. The presentations and sales were conducted individually or in small group. Although with more common merchandise, the slaves were auctioned off in bigger groups, standing on the auction podium fully naked and exhibited to the crowd of prospective buyers.
