I got out of the army and came home to get my civilian life organized. my dad and stepmom didn't tell me, but they were getting a divorce, and it was ugly. I packed three totes full of clothes and my most precious belongings and told them they could fight it out on their own, and I wasn't going to be a part of it. My stepmom had three sisters, and the eldest was single. Bobbi was always nice to me and I was always attracted to her. we had a good relationship and I always found her to be wise and insightful when things got tough. I called her to tell her just how much her little sister fucked things up. she said she knew, and if I wanted to talk about it, she was there for me.
